• Messages, project correspondence, and, if an order proceeds, billing, delivery, and transaction records.

Website systems may also record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and access times for operation and security. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information or information about other people unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.

We use the designs and files you share to review and carry out your project. Sharing a file with us does not transfer ownership of your design.

For example, a production partner may need an approved artwork file, and a shipping provider may need delivery contact details.

Only information relevant to the task should be shared. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. If your project requires a separate confidentiality agreement, please arrange it with us before sending confidential materials.
